With one month to go before we celebrate our 5th anniversary, it seems filling that we've just been engaged by a FTSE250 company to help them source and select a new Head of Internal Audit. What's particularly exciting about this (at least for us), is the fact the client came to us directly, preferring to use us over the CFO's usual Executive Search partner.
Paying up to £200,000 plus a package that nearly doubles the base, this is one of the biggest roles that's come to market this year. It's a Global role looking for an experienced Head of IA who's used to dealing with the unique and politically sensitive challenges of a business with multiple JV's in politically volatile places.
Given the size of this role and the remuneration associated with it, we're obviously keen to shout about it and make the World know that we work at this level with our clients. However, it represents only 1 of a number of similar level roles we get to work on every month. For example, this month we're recruiting for 3 other 'Heads of' roles, albeit the others aren't paying a salary close to this one.
The 1st is a Head of IA for an international FinTech company, head quartered in London.
The 2nd is a Head of IA for an Luxury Goods retailer based in the Northern Home Counties, and
The 3rd is a newly created Head of IA for a PE backed, pharma company with locations all over the UK.
All of the above roles were called into us because of our reputation.
