Adam graduated from Birkbeck University with a degree in French Studies, before moving into commercial property sales. In 2008 Adam made the move into recruitment and has built up an extensive network across the legal and corporate governance fields.

In 2010 Adam set up the Financial Services Corporate Governance desk in his previous company, building up a network and placing candidates into a variety of financial companies from Bulge Bracket Banks and global insurance firms to smaller boutique Finance businesses.

Bringing over 6 years of specialised sector experience and an extensive network, Adam joined ARRC to grow the Financial Services offering.

Adam is a keen sportsman and a huge tennis fan, and can be seen visiting the courts of SW19 every summer.
