After graduating from the University of Sussex with a Degree in History, Tom moved into the recruitment industry. He spent 5 years at the Hydrogen Group, learning everything there is to know about Internal Audit & Risk Management, and quickly moved up in a team leader role.

Tom joined the Audit & Risk Recruitment Company in May 2015 and leads their Technology Governance division. He recruits into Industry & Commerce and Consulting firms, specialising in recruiting IT Audit, Cyber Security, IT Control, Data Analytics and Data Privacy professionals. He is known for showing professional integrity and a deep knowledge of the Technology Governance market that sets him apart from the competition.

Away from the office he enjoys reading, cycling and tenns as well as spending time with his young family.
