The Audit and Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) are searching for one of the Big 4 practice firms to fill an Assistant manager role. This firm are looking for someone to develop new projects in the commercial sector, and to lead and create a successful, hard working team.
The main role of the Assistant Manager will be to establish and review internal audits and provide annual audit plans for clients. You will have to coach and provide appraisals of junior staff. It would also be an important aspect of the role to maintain and develop relationships with clients as well as identify new potential relationships.
Requirements for the role include:
- Full accounting or internal audit qualifications
- Internal audit experience
- A background with Practice firms
- Familiarity with the commercial sector
