The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) has been mandated by a Big 4 Practice firm to expand the Core Assurance team in Central London. An ambitious and driven Audit Manager is sought to help with an envious corporate portfolio filled with international accounts and to closely work alongside the Senior Manager.
As an Audit Manager you will manage, coach and mentor junior members of staff and be the first point of contact on audit engagements, responsible for updating senior management of the progress or difficulties to be addressed. You will have part of a portfolio – largest practice of any accountancy firm – to handle and have the opportunity to work on simple, complex, small and large clients. In addition to all of this, you will be a trusted advisor to your clients and be the to-go-to person who can carry out assurance work for them.
To be successfully considered for the Audit Manager position you will be ACA/ACCA (or equivalents) qualified and currently working in external audit in a Top 30 professional services firm. You will have demonstrable managerial experience (managing teams and multiple engagements/clients simultaneously). While our client is flexible on the sector experience one may have the following corporate exposure would be beneficial: construction, media, hospitality, real estate, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications and energy.
