Controls Assurance Senior/Assistant Manager

The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) has been mandated by a Top 10 professional services firm in London to recruit a Controls Assurance Audit Senior and an Assistant Manager. An opportunity offering to be part of a growing team and report to the respective Manager.

You will be a trusted advisor to your clients carrying out controls testing, ensuring operations effectiveness. Other projects you can expect to work on involve third party risk assurance and controls testing according to various reporting standards such as ISAE3402. You will be joining a team which is committed to changing the controls environment and will provide opportunities to work on SOX. This involves a FTSE100/250 non-financial services portfolio, including, but not limited to retail, multinational oil and gas, technology, manufacturing and service providers. Assistant Managers will mentor junior members of the team as well as take on some ownership of the portfolio clients.

To be considered you will need:

  • To have worked in Practice or in a commercial environment
  • An ACA/ACCA/CIA or equivalent qualification (essential)
  • To have experience in internal and/or external audit
  • Experience and/or knowledge in SOX and reporting standards such as ISAE3000/3402.
