A Corporate Auditor is sought by a Fortune 500, manufacturing and retail specialist with global operations including 26 European sites.
Joining a UK based audit team covering the EMEA region, this a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant from a Big 4 or Top 10 practice firm seeking entry into a multinational commercial organisation in industry.
A fast-paced and varied role, you will be performing operational and financial audits across key business operations including regional headquarters, productions plants, and distribution centres so you will quickly gain broad exposure and experience.
Other key responsibilities will include partnering with stakeholders to ensure adequate control documentation is in place for significant areas of risk; providing insight from a controls perspective during system and process implementations; assisting with the completion of the annual SOX assessment; playing a proactive role in growing the presence of audit across the EMEA region.
Travel will be circa 25% with a significant portion being European based so you’ll be home on the weekends.
With the business both consistently expanding existing operations whilst identifying potential new acquisitions, the internal audit function will be critical to the organisation’s success creating plenty of scope for progression.
In addition to internal audit specialists, the business is keen to hear from external auditors keen to embark on a career in internal audit. A full accounting or audit qualification (ACA / ACCA / CMIIA) would be ideal, however, at finalist or part-qualified level are also encouraged to apply.
