The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) are recruiting an Enterprise Risk Manager for a global law firm located in central London.
The firm has offices throughout the world and has a TO approaching £3b.
This is a highly attractive opportunity to be part of a greenfield project developing and embedding enterprise risk management throughout the organisation. Following continual growth, the need for a robust ERM function has been recognised and will begin by the hiring of a Manager, reporting into the Risk & Compliance Director.
The purpose of the role is to identify and manage the risk exposure, internal controls and risk remediation for the business in accordance with a robust enterprise risk management framework.
I’m looking for a risk management professional with a strong advisory background, ideally with 5+ years experience. You will need solid experience in the development and implementation of ERM frameworks. You will have practical knowledge of risk identification, analysis, mitigation monitoring and reporting. This is very much a ‘hands-on’ role with no line management. Legal experience is of course beneficial but by no means required.
