The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) are working with a well-known entertainment and gaming business based in Watford. Our client is searching for an established Enterprise Risk Manager to help them build and maintain a state-of-the-art Enterprise Risk Management framework. This role represents a fantastic opportunity for someone aspiring to become a Head of Risk or CRO in the future, as it offers exposure to Exec level team members and a high level of autonomy. If you are an engaging, relationship-focussed Risk Manager then please apply.

The main responsibilities will be to manage the Enterprise Risk programme and continually review and update risks across all areas of this multi-faceted business from HR, Sales, IT, Operations, Finance, and others. You will help to build a full and comprehensive Risk Register and continually build on the ERM framework. Using your passion for relationship building, you will drive understanding of the important of enterprise risk management and leverage on the relationships you build to gain full comprehension of all risks that face the business. As well as this, a key part of the role will be to take part in the annual review and renewal of the Insurance programme, so any experience in Insurance will be valued but is not essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience within Enterprise and Operational Risk, preferably gained within a regulated sector. It will be useful if you have experience in other areas too, such as Audit or Compliance. You must be willing and able to engage with stakeholders at all levels of seniority and have the confidence and gravitas to work with busy Executive colleagues.
