The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) has been mandated by a Top 10 accountancy firm in London to recruit a Financial Services Internal Audit Assistant Manager. With increased responsibility and autonomy, you will be managing teams and a portfolio of FTSE350 clients across banking, insurance and wealth management etc. You will have great exposure to a variety of work and be reporting to the Associate Director.
As an Internal Audit Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for stakeholder management whereby you will have an opportunity to build strong relationships with them through being on client site. As a central pillar of the team, you will be leading junior members of the team on engagements and working on an envious financial services portfolio across various sectors spanning across fintech, investment and retail banking, insurance and asset management to name a few.
A successful candidate will have an ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIIA (although not essential) qualification and have at least 4 years of experience in internal audit in a Top 30 accountancy firm or reputable financial institution. It is essential to have financial services experience in any sector (banking, wealth management, asset management and insurance being an advantage).
