The Audit and Risk Recruitment Company is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor on behalf of a prominent food manufacturing organisation.
Reporting Directly to the Head of Audit, this newly created position is resulting from the recent acquisition of the business by a global multi-billion-pound turnover, food corporation. This has commenced an exciting period of change throughout the organisation and will be present you with significant scope to progress both in the UK or globally.
Key responsibilities include;
- Planning and executing risk-based audits
- Supporting an ongoing SOX implementation programme specifically looking at financial controls and processes.
- Managing and engaging stakeholders ensuring timescales are met.
Prior financial auditing experience is required in addition to some experience in Sox testing. A full professional qualification (ACA / ACCA) would be ideal but those qualified by experience should also apply. Experience within a professional firm (Big 4 or Top) or a manufacturing business is also sought.
