A Birmingham based global organisation is recruiting an Internal Auditor. This international company operates under several very well-known brands across the UK and has an excellent ecommerce presence which has allowed it to respond effectively to the current climate.
Suited is someone with a couple of years or so auditing experience (ideally internal audit but external audit would suffice too) and undertaking an ACA, ACCA or CIA qualification.
Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, you will deliver on a broad spectrum of risk-based audits (operational, financial etc.) so gain fantastic exposure across key functions. You will also provide recommendations to management and lead close out meetings allowing you to demonstrate your stakeholder management capabilities and ability to apply judgement and creative thinking.
Additionally, emphasis would be placed on your development as an Internal Auditor, and you will be trained in things such as data analytics.
You can also expect a good work-life balance and a non-hierarchical, collaborative, and inclusive work culture. The working pattern from the Summer will be 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Salary is up to 30k + full study support (ACA, ACCA or CIA depending on your preference) + bonus.
Long-term, there is routes to progress within the audit function or into the business.
