They have broken the hierarchical model traditionally adopted by large firms, and operate an open door policy with junior members of the team reporting directly to partner level. Working with an engaging and supportive team, this particular role will see you working across a spectrum of sectors including; corporate, not for profit, public sector, insurance and the financial services. You will be conducting internal audits across the varied client base, and as you progress through the business you will be able to decide on a specialist sector that best fits you and is aligned with your career goals. To be considered, you must be ambitious, engaging and have a real interest in joining a growing practice firm. Ideally you will have at least 18 – 24 months’ experience working within a Top 20 practice firm, but this is open to both candidates with internal and external audit experience. You will have either started an IIA or ACA/ACCA qualification and study support will be offered with this role.
