The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) are currently recruiting for one of the fastest growing governance, risk and assurance divisions in the top 10 practice firms. The department has undergone a restructuring to ensure that it not only attracts but retains the top talent in the industry, placing a real emphasis on the professional development of its staff.
They have broken the hierarchal model traditionally adopted by large firms, and operate an open door policy with junior members of the team reporting directly to partner level. Working with an engaging and supportive team, this particular role will see you working across a spectrum of public sector clients. To be considered, you must be ambitious, engaging and have a real interest in joining a growing practice firm and like the idea of working in the public sector. Ideally you will have at least 18 – 24 months’ experience working within a Top 20 practice firm, but this is open to both candidates with internal and external audit experience. You will have either started an IIA or ACA/ACCA qualification to be considered and study support will be offered with this role.
