The Audit Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC)* has been exclusively mandated by our client, a growing Financial Services business based in Central London, to assist in their search for a Risk and Controls Manager.
This is a newly created position, working alongside the risk team, assisting in developing the current control environment, as well as supporting and documenting risk, mapping out risk assessment to help 1st line delivery and driving risk strategy and development.
Stakeholder Management will form a key part of this role and will allow the successful candidate to shape the team moving forward.
This position will suit an audit or compliance professional looking to move towards a 1st line position, gaining unrivalled exposure to a Financial Services business, with the potential to grow a team around them.
- 4 years + experience in a UK financial services regulated environment
- Background in a controls related environment (External / Internal Audit, compliance)
- Stakeholder management skills are essential for this position.
