The Audit and Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) have been asked by a well known retail business to recruit a Senior Manager to join their Internal Audit team in Central London. It is an exciting time to be joining this company during a period of change and growth.
As the Senior Manager, you will be the lead for the finance and operational part of their audit plan and the overall leader in this area, this includes leading Managers and Senior Internal Auditors in the team. As well as having ownership of a part of the function, this will be suited should you be seeking variety - as a team they always working on new projects.
Strong stakeholder management skills, and specifically the ability to challenge, will be critical, and they are seeking someone who can use ‘blue sky thinking’.
Core Competences Required:
- Significant practical experience managing internal audit teams and engagements within industry, practice or in a governance, risk and controls oversight role.
- Qualifications: ACCA, ACA, CIA, or Equivalent (CPA, etc.).
- Able to build robust, collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to become a key point of contact for risk and control advice within the business.
