The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company are working with a multinational FMCG in Bristol to fill a Senior Internal Auditor position.
The position sits within the global Internal Audit & Risk Management team.They help the organisation globally understand and manage its risks in a proactive and pragmatic manner. They provide independent assurance to the Board that the Group’s internal controls are mitigating the risks to an acceptable level.
The Senior Internal Auditor will perform internal audits, either individually, within a team or leading an assignment team, to support the delivery of IA’s programme of independent audits. They will also support the Senior Audit Manager with hands on coaching of team members. To
Principal Accountabilities
The wider aspects of the role include; building effective relationships with management across the Group at all levels; supporting Senior Audit Managers with the delivery of key areas of ongoing operational activity and Contributing ideas for specific topics for the Audit Plan.
The team travel 50% of the time globally to locations in Europe and outside, such as Australia and the US. The permanent base of the role will be in central Bristol. UK candidates must have either the ACA/ACCA qualification. Candidates with an EU passport must be able to speak French or Spanish as well as English.
